We’ll be inaugurating the POP UP Chuck Jones Gallery with a new Dr. Seuss exhibit, “Discover the Cat Behind the Hat” —- with special guest, the Art of Dr. Seuss representative, Jeff Schuffman, on Saturday, January 25th from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Wine and small bites will be served.

For over 60 years, Dr. Seuss’s illustrations have brought a visual realization to his fantastic and imaginary worlds. His artistic talent went far beyond the printed page and yet, to this day, his Secret Art Collection is virtually unknown to the general public. Throughout his lifetime, Theodor Seuss Geisel (aka Dr. Seuss) created paintings and sculpture which he secreted away at the Dr. Seuss Estate.

These rare and controversial works of art are making their first appearance in the Coachella Valley. It is a must-see exhibition for fans of the enigmatic and exuberant genius of Dr. Seuss.
